Having honed my skills in assessing engineer abilities, familiarizing myself with GitHub, conducting code reviews, and addressing issues in existing code bases, I comprehensively understood the challenges faced by organizations in the hiring process. The idea was born out of a desire to streamline and enhance the assessment of candidates, allowing organizations to hire better engineers in a faster and more effective manner.
